Great to meet you!

My name is Colleen, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I specialize in working with women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and chronic stress—especially during challenging life transitions or seasons that feel overwhelming. With over a decade of experience, I create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you move toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, whole-body approach to therapy, blending traditional talk therapy with tools that support the nervous system and emotional regulation. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and focus on teaching practical, skills-based strategies to help you reduce anxiety and lift depression. At the same time, I believe deeply in meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and creating a calm, compassionate space for growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about connection. I’ll hold space for you to share what’s going on, without pressure or judgment. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to get out of it, and we’ll begin mapping out a plan that feels doable and supportive. Many of my clients say they walk away from that first session feeling lighter—like they’ve finally exhaled. That’s the energy I aim to bring: safe, steady, and empowering.
