Dr. Colleen R. Logan is a nationally recognized counselor educator, licensed professional counselor-supervisor, clinical leader, consultant, and advocate with more than 35 years of experience advancing the counseling profession through clinical practice, counselor education, leadership, and professional service.
As a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor, Dr. Logan wrks extensively with individuals, couples, families, and marginalized communities, bringing a trauma-informed, affirmative, and strengths-based approach to counseling and supervision. Her clinical expertise spans a broad range of mental health concerns, with particular emphasis on identity development, relational wellness, leadership, resilience, and the mental health needs of LGBTQ+ individuals and communities.
My approach to counseling is grounded in affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care that recognizes the complexity and intersectionality of each person's identity and lived experience. I strive to create a collaborative, inclusive therapeutic relationship where my clients feel seen, respected, and empowered while addressing the impact of minority stress, systemic inequities, and other contextual factors on their well-being.
