Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional CCTP, and a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional CAIMHP. I have experience working in general mental health clinics and addiction treatment facilities.

My approach to therapy

Learning how to move through problems instead of resisting them reduces uncomfortable feelings. How we respond to life determines our level of fulfillment. I help clients recover from trauma, improve life functioning, and strengthen relationships in order to reach their potential. Depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-esteem, eating disorders, and interpersonal turmoil can get in the way.

What you can expect from me

I use many modalities to help individuals, couples, and families connect with their values and cope with life’s challenges. You can expect a space to express and process feelings. I will follow your lead and be an active listener and also a verbal participant.
