I practice from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach and specialize in supporting clients experiencing grief, anxiety, and depression, during the transition to adulthood and other major life changes. I create a safe, collaborative space to process loss, strengthen relationships, and build coping skills that support well-being and resilience.
As a Certified Grief Educator, I specialize in grief and loss related to death, relationship changes, identity shifts, and other experiences that can disrupt a sense of stability and meaning. I use trauma-informed approaches—including CBT, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and other evidence-based methods—to help clients process loss, manage stress, and build resilience.
