Therapy is personal and should help meet the needs of the individual seeking it out. I work with each client to build a path that makes sense for them. I use a variety of modalities based on what is going on with the individual and what they hope to accomplish. I have a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have been trained in a variety of modalities to work with trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and emotion dysregulation.

My approach to therapy is simple. You have skills and knowledge and sometimes we don't recognize it or it feels like those skills and knowledge aren't working. I'm here to help you reconnect and adapt.
