Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can be intimidating and finding a therapist you click with can seem daunting. The success of these relationships is more than just the sum of a therapist’s qualifications and credentials. Success of therapy is built on trust itself. The difficulties we find in our relationships and in life itself, can be scary to confront alone, but having an ally who we trust can give us the courage to confront them.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Within my practice, I integrate multiple psychotherapeutic modalities to develop a personalized approach to treatment with an emphasis on attachment and psychodynamic theories, as well as practical skills derived from ACT, CBT, and DBT techniques. Along with my experience working with individuals facing a number of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders; I specialize in working with relationships, sexuality, and gender identity.

What you can expect from our first session

This therapeutic approach, built on mutual respect and trust, allows us to co-create a safe space for self-exploration, understanding, and ultimately a richer, fuller, and more authentic life.

Building a therapeutic relationship can be as complicated as any relationship, yet the benefits of the work we both put into these relationships shows in the personal growth you are then rewarded.
