Great to meet you!

I am a National Board Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, as well as a certified School Counselor for grades K–12. I have over 25 years of experience working in a school setting, where I supported students from kindergarten through 12th grade and worked closely with thousands of families. That experience shaped my deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges children and teens face, and it’s also where my passion for helping young people truly grew.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety. I genuinely love working with this age group and feel strongly about creating a safe, supportive space where they feel heard and understood. Using empathy and developmentally appropriate techniques, I help clients build coping skills and learn how to calm the brain’s response to anxiety so they can feel more in control and get back to enjoying their lives. In addition to anxiety, I also work with individuals experiencing chronic pain, using pain reprocessing approaches to help identify and shift the behavioral patterns that can reinforce both pain and anxiety.

What you can expect from me

Across all of my work, my goal is to help clients understand that anxiety, fear, and pain are natural responses—and that with the right tools and support, they can move through these experiences and feel empowered again.
