Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I help people navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, parenting struggles, low self-esteem, and stress. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and I work alongside them to explore challenges, identify strengths, and support meaningful growth. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we’ll begin to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, supported, and at ease as we begin this journey together.
