Great to meet you!

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families who are looking to process both the pains and the joys that come with life—personally, relationally, vocationally, and spiritually. I see therapy as a collaborative and meaningful space where all parts of your experience are welcome. I value creating an environment where you feel safe to be honest, open, and fully yourself without judgment. I also believe that growth often comes from understanding the deeper meaning behind our experiences, not just managing symptoms. My goal is to support you in becoming more aligned with who you are and who you want to be

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and intentional exploration. Together, we will work to understand what your emotions are communicating and how they may be guiding you toward growth and self-awareness. I don’t see emotions as problems to fix, but as valuable signals that deserve attention and understanding. I integrate a holistic perspective, considering not just your thoughts and behaviors, but also your relationships, purpose, and personal values. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we move at your pace while gently challenging patterns that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin to get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, as well as any goals or hopes you have for the process. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is simply a starting point for understanding your story. We’ll begin identifying themes in your experiences and how your emotions are showing up in your life. Most importantly, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin building a strong foundation for our work together.
