I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, emotional regulation challenges, stress, and life transitions in both individual and group therapy settings. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and wellness-based practices to help clients build practical coping skills and long-term resilience. I also have a strong interest in the connection between mental health, movement, nervous system regulation, fitness, breathwork, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
