Great to meet you!

Having a rough time? Life can be hard, and through partnering with a clinician you can work together to address challenges you are experiencing and navigate through them. I welcome the opportunity to chat with you and help you through your healing journey. Therapy should provide a nonjudgmental space where individuals can speak freely and I strive to create that space for each individual.

My approach to therapy

I integrate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. Therapy is not a one size fits all, and each person needs an individualized approach. Areas of focus include gender and identity challenges, self-esteem, body image, life transitions, and stress management. I provide LGBTQ+ affirmative care.

What you can expect from me

Therapeutic rapport is a critical component of successful treatment, so I offer a free 30 minute consultation to discuss expectations, preferences, and gauge how we will work well together.
