Great to meet you!

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and accepted. My priority is to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where you can be yourself without fear of judgment.

Clients often describe me as warm, patient, and easy to talk to. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about their experiences, whether they're facing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck.

I celebrate progress in all forms—big and small—and recognize that healing isn't always a straight path. My goal is to help you feel supported while challenging you in ways that promote growth, resilience, and self-confidence. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on the goals that matter most to you so you can build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I believe that every person has strengths that can be built upon, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside each client to identify meaningful goals and create strategies that fit their values, lifestyle, and stage of life.

Whether you're managing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or stress, my goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and feel empowered to make lasting, positive changes. Therapy is a partnership, and I'm committed to meeting you where you are while supporting you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. My role is to meet you where you are, help you feel heard, and work alongside you to create meaningful goals at a pace that feels right for you.
