Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who genuinely enjoys getting to know my clients and what makes them who they are. I especially love working with people navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, intimacy, and ADHD. I’m trained in EMDR and have a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Human Sexuality in order to better serve patients recovering from sexual abuse. Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as your full, imperfect self.

My approach to therapy

I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits back and nods. I’m curious, engaged, and collaborative. I love bringing creative solutions to reoccurring issues, and helping clients feel understood completely, even through their changing identities.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and seeing if we feel like a good fit. I’ll ask about what brought you in, what’s been feeling hard, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. You don’t need to have the perfect words or even know exactly what you want to work on yet. We’ll start wherever you are and figure it out together.
