Great to meet you!

Currently a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts, I completed my Master's degrees in professional counseling at University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in counseling psychology at Boston University. I also gained further training in neuropsychological evaluation at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School as a postdoctoral fellow.

My approach to therapy

I have a special interest in working with college/graduate students or professionals who need support to help navigating anxiety, depression, multicultural stressors, relationship challenges and life transitions. I am also fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and offer treatment in both languages.

With over a decade of clinical experience, I specialize in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Feminist Therapy, as well as trauma-informed and culturally informed care.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy takes courage, and you don't have to have everything figured out. I hope we can create a safe space together to work on what feels most important to you. I use a compassionate and eclectic approach and our first session will be focused on learning about your history and your goals. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
