Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating major life transitions—whether it's starting a new job, entering a marriage, blending families, or coping with housing instability. These changes can often bring up challenges like anxiety, depression, or addiction, and I'm here to help you work through them with compassion and clarity. My background in Human Nutrition and Dietetics also gives me a unique perspective on the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel—because mental health and physical health go hand in hand.

My approach to therapy

I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy theoretical framework but also enjoy working with individuals utilizing other evidence-based frameworks including mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

My intention is to provide a structured and supportive environment for you to feel good about while meeting your goals that include a healthier mental and physical well-being. With intentional practice and participation, you can expect to have more balanced mood, increased self confidence and a personalized plan to meet your goals.
