Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned a Master's degree from Long Island University, Brooklyn. Before entering the field, I spent several years working in live music and production, an experience that continues to shape my understanding of creativity, identity, and the pressures many individuals face in high-performance environments.

I work with adolescents and adults, and have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, major life changes, and more.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and practical skill-building. I work closely with clients to develop tools such as cognitive reframing, mindfulness, and self-awareness. I am passionate about helping clients navigate challenges while building a stronger sense of confidence and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

My main goal in the first session is simple: to understand what is bringing someone to therapy, while getting to know them as an individual. Clients can expect to leave the first session with a good rapport established, and a clear understanding of what they would like to get out of therapy.
