Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NYC who earned my Master’s degree from Long Island University, Brooklyn. Before entering the field, I spent several years as a musician working in live music and production—an experience that deeply shapes my understanding of creativity, identity, and the intense pressures of high-performance environments. I partner with those navigating anxiety, depression, creative blocks, ADHD, and major life transitions. Together, we will develop ways to cut through the noise, manage the inevitable pressures that come with life, and build practical strategies that are tailored to you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn't about eliminating difficult thoughts or emotions; it's about developing a different relationship with them. While we can't always change our circumstances, we can change how we relate to them. This idea is at the heart of my work. Through mindfulness, self-awareness, and evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we can create enough space from anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism that they no longer determine the choices we make.

I work especially well with creatives, artists, high achievers, and anyone who feels called toward something more but finds themselves held back by anxiety, self-criticism, or fear of failure. Together, we'll explore the beliefs and habits that keep you stuck while building the flexibility, self-trust, and practical tools needed to move toward a life that feels truly authentic.

What you can expect from me

A real conversation! I'll want to hear what's bringing you in, what's been going on, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I'll also ask about you as a person, not just the problem you're coming in with.

By the end of our first session, you'll have a clear sense of whether we're a good fit, what the work might look like, and

what we'll focus on together.
