Great to meet you!

I am a non judgmental, trauma informed clinician who wants to know your story and perspective. I earned a Masters Degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago and after getting my first "real" job, began really learning. From people/clients. They were my teachers. Because of them I knew I had to learn everything I could about trauma and how to heal people. I have more than 20 years experience listening to and helping people. I'm ready to meet you however you arrive.

My approach to therapy

I like to help people move toward a life with living. I like people to be thinking and practicing between sessions. I like to teach and validate and cheerlead and empower. I have learned many evidence based treatments to help depression, anxiety, trauma, personality issues, fears, self harm, addiction, and more.

What you can expect from me

I believe people will leave a session feeling heard and understood. I think they will leave with some confidence that doing the work will move them closer to relief. I think they'll feel comfortable and safe coming back.
