Great to meet you!

I help adults and couples who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in their relationships find clarity, confidence, and real tools that actually work.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works from a relational and systems perspective. I believe many of our current struggles make sense within the context of our relationships and lived experiences.

Clients can expect a calm, steady presence and a collaborative therapy space that is respectful and paced according to their readiness. My goal is to support meaningful and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

If anxiety, relationship stress, or life transitions are leaving you feeling stuck, therapy can help you regain clarity and confidence.

My approach combines compassion with intention. I provide a steady, calming presence while also helping you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive. We will explore your experiences with curiosity, while also building concrete tools that help you feel more confident, regulated, and empowered in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm and welcoming space. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, goals, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life.

You’ll leave sessions with practical tools to manage anxiety, improve communication, and feel more in control of your emotions.”

Most importantly, you can expect a space where you don’t have to filter yourself.
