Great to meet you!

Hello,

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Doctor of Behavioral Health, I believe that mental health is as important as physical health. I work with individuals ages 18-65. Speaking to someone regarding your mental health may seem uncomfortable when it's your first time. I've been practicing for over 15 years and would welcome the opportunity to support you in a quiet, tranquil setting, build rapport, and help ensure continuity of care.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach, creating an atmosphere of quiet tranquility to build rapport and support continuity of care. I utilize a variety of coping skills and strategies tailored to each individual's unique needs. My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, grief, work-related issues, and premarital or marital discord. If you would like to discuss your needs and explore how we can collaboratively achieve your goals together, I welcome the opportunity to connect.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on an introduction, building rapport, and collaboratively gathering your background, concerns, and goals in a quiet, tranquil environment. During the following sessions, we will discuss, create, and utilize strategies to support you on your new journey.
