I have been working in mental health for 10 years now, specializing in youth and young adult clients. I also work with families and couples. I have a Masters in Child & Adolescent Psychology, and an M. Ed. in School Counseling. Additionally, I have post-masters Certificates in Trauma, Child & Adolescent Disorders, Addiction, and Marriage and Family therapy.

I can help by listening closely to your story, understanding your journey and supporting you in reaching your goals for your life. I am warm and welcoming, have a sense of humor, and will be direct and supportive with you.
