Hello and welcome to Headway! My name is Connie Jenks, and I have been in the field of mental health for over 30 years. I have worked in various mental health settings, including schools, community mental health organizations, hospitals, crisis intervention units, and private practices. These experiences have equipped me with valuable insights to address a wide range of topics and issues. My overall experience has been valuable in learning a variety of methods to help people move toward their goals.

My driving passion is to assist in finding understanding, peace, and hope to navigate life and progress in a positive direction. I view therapy as an incredible and transformative process that is very effective.
