Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Connie Lodolini. I graduated with my Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University in 2003. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of social services. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing psychotherapy and support to my fellow New Yorkers, ranging from adolescents, to adults and families.

My approach to therapy

I do not subscribe to a “one size fits all” singular modality of treatment. We are each unique and so should be your personal journey of healing, growth and self-exploration. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from me

Occasionally I do incorporate humor and levity into our sessions and I will always appreciate and welcome your feedback. The goal of each session is for you to feel empowered and enlightened. You are not alone in your journey.
