My approach to therapy

Connie's passion is to BE the person for others that she once needed when going through difficult times. She have tremendous compassion for those who suffer. Connie use a relational style of therapy to understand your issues from your perspective.

Connie's desire is to help clients find meaning, discover answers as to why they are who they are today, decipher who they would like to be and align the future with their personal values.

What you can expect from me

Connie offers a free 20-minute consultation to introduce myself through a tele-therapy video link, discover your needs, and share my style of therapy with you.
