Great to meet you!

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, parenting challenges, or a major life transition, it can feel exhausting trying to hold everything together while carrying so much on your own. You don't have to face those challenges alone. For more than 15 years, I've partnered with individuals experiencing anxiety, family issues, stress management, grief and loss, and trauma, helping them build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. Working with adolescents and adults, I provide a warm, open minded environment where you can feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence while honoring the experiences that have shaped your journey.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, thoughts, and relationship patterns that have shaped your life while identifying the strengths you already possess and developing practical strategies that support lasting healing. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you better understand yourself while creating healthier ways of responding to life's challenges with greater confidence. My approach incorporates Strength Based Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy (TF CBFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology because every client deserves care that is individualized, compassionate, and grounded in approaches that fit their unique goals. Together, we can work through substance use and addiction, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, anger management, panic disorders, bipolar disorder, women's issues, emotional regulation, parenting concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma, while building practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who brings warmth, compassion, and genuine encouragement into every session while also helping you move toward meaningful change. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and a sense of humor when it's helpful, creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while navigating life's challenges. Whether you're healing from trauma, processing grief, managing anxiety or depression, or adjusting to a major life transition, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth beyond therapy. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more hopeful, more resilient, and more confident in your ability to move forward.
