As a licensed professional counselor, I believe living a fulfilled and rewarding life begins with being emotionally and cognitively healthy. Reaching out for help when things are challenging requires great strength, congratulations on making that first step. I have been practicing for 5 years, my focus in the last 3 have been towards women's issues, couples in crisis, grief and loss, sex/porn, and addiction just to name a few. I service clients ages 17 and up.

I am a compassionate professional and client welfare is my highest regard. I am both accepting and empathetic to those I serve. I possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and adept at building and maintaining relationships. Together we will set goals that target your specific challenges. You will be treated with dignity and respect. I will always work with your best interest in mind, and you will always have autonomy over your care.

I create a safe, warm, and inviting environment for my clients. I create a space where you are heard, and you feel free to unpack. I help you help yourself, through teaching new skills, challenging when needed, and always being open and honest. It is my desire that every client leaves feeling validated yet challenged to dig deeper, cultivate the soil, and allow something amazing to grow and blossom.
