Great to meet you!

Hi. I'm Connie. I've been a practicing clinician for nearly 30 years, and helping others feels heard and supported has always been my passion. I've had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan and have extensive training in working with children.

My approach to therapy

My focus in therapy is to support growth, healing, and self-understanding. I believe each person has the capacity to bloom with the right support, and I work alongside clients to nurture strengths, increase self awareness, and navigate life transitions with confidence.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a time for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I'll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, and you are welcome to share only what feels comfortable. We will also go over what therapy can look like moving forward and make sure this feels like a good fit for you.
