Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Connie Sabo, LMFT with over 18 years experience. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs, creating a sate space for healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I use evidence-based techniques, including CBT, solution- focused therapy and Brainspotting, to help you navigate life's challenges. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgemental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals. I'll ask questions to better understand your experience and concerns while giving you space to share at your own pace. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where you feel heard, supported, and confident as we begin your journey toward healing and personal growth.
