Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville. My experience working with diverse communities—including time spent in Georgia—has shaped my commitment to providing care that’s accessible, compassionate, and truly supportive.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. My approach is personalized and evidence-based, with a focus on genuine outreach—building meaningful connections that help you feel understood, valued, and empowered.

My goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can openly share your experiences and collaborate on a treatment plan that supports your growth, stability, and long-term well-being.

Medication Disclaimer: I do not initiate benzodiazepine treatment and avoid prescribing opioids or other potentially addictive medications commonly encountered in psychiatric practice. My prescribing philosophy prioritizes safety, long-term wellness, and evidence-based care.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on genuinely getting to know you and creating a treatment plan that feels like the right fit—not something generic or one-size-fits-all. I blend talk therapy with thoughtful medication management to support your goals, values, and the unique circumstances that make you who you are.

I believe trust grows through real, open conversation, and I work hard to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and never judged. This is a space where your voice matters. Together, we’ll explore what you’re facing, find meaningful solutions, and build a path forward that feels hopeful, manageable, and truly yours.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling genuinely heard, supported, and more equipped to face whatever life is throwing your way. Together, we’ll build practical coping strategies and strengthen the clarity and confidence you need to navigate life’s ups and downs.

Each session is designed to feel safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust—giving you space to grow, reflect, and make meaningful progress on your mental health journey. My priority is to support you in a way that feels empowering, compassionate, and tailored to who you are.
