Great to meet you!

I bring an authentic presence to the therapeutic partnership, and am prepared to meet you where you are at- it's your time, so I value human-centered work. My approach is often described as relaxed, nonjudgmental and meaningful, but dynamic enough to adapt to the specific needs of my clients.

As a licensed social worker with over 11 years of experience across diverse populations

and life challenges, I have developed a deep understanding of how person, environment,

and context all shape our wellbeing. I have supported individuals and families navigating

anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, and questions of identity. My approach

is strength-based at its core: I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to

help you build on what already works while navigating what feels stuck. I am now focused

on supporting adults in individual therapy, and I would love to connect with you.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a strength-based, client-centered philosophy that recognizes each individual as the expert in their own life. I believe meaningful change occurs when clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to build upon their existing strengths and resilience. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges, identify personal goals, and develop practical strategies that align with their values and lived experiences.

I recognize that every client's journey is unique, and I tailor treatment to meet individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. By integrating evidence-based interventions with flexibility and creativity, I adapt the therapeutic process to support the whole person—considering emotional, psychological, physical, social, cultural, and environmental factors that influence overall well-being.

Through a holistic lens, I work collaboratively with clients to foster self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, enhance resilience, and promote lasting growth. Whether addressing life transitions, mental health concerns, trauma, relationship challenges, or personal development, I strive to create an inclusive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to make meaningful and sustainable changes. My goal is to partner with each client in developing an individualized treatment plan that honors their strengths, supports their goals, and promotes long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other at a pace that feels

comfortable for you. I will invite you to share what brings you in, what you are hoping to

work on, and anything else you would like me to know. There is no pressure to have it all

figured out. Most clients leave our first meeting feeling genuinely heard and a bit lighter,

with a clearer sense of what it might look like to work together.
