Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Connor, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a diverse background that shapes the way I support my clients. Before becoming a therapist, I served in the United States Air Force, where I worked alongside Special Forces as a technician. My experiences in both military service and mental health have given me a deep appreciation for resilience, personal growth, and the importance of feeling understood. I earned my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and bring a thoughtful, grounded approach to therapy that is focused on helping clients feel supported, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy while also recognizing the importance of mindset, purpose, and personal values in the healing process. I believe therapy should feel supportive and approachable, not overwhelming, and I work to create a space where you can openly explore challenges, build insight, and develop tools that feel useful in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and talking through what brought you to therapy, what challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and able to be yourself. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and building a path forward that feels realistic, personalized, and meaningful to you.
