Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I bring over five years of experience in the mental health field, working with individuals facing substance use challenges, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful goals. I am committed to providing individualized care that supports each client’s personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable being themselves. I provide a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where we can work collaboratively to navigate challenges, build strengths, and support personal growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, any goals or concerns you may have, and what support you’re looking for. I aim to provide a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself without judgment.
