Great to meet you!

Connor completed his graduate training at Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon, specializing in health psychology. His training focused on working within multidisciplinary teams helping individuals with complex mental health concerns. After graduate school Connor joined the United States Air Force and led mental health teams, serving active duty populations and their families. Currently, in addition to private practice Connor is also an officer in the California Air National Guard.

My approach to therapy

I take a multidisciplinary approach to therapy which is rooted in behavioral and cognitive theory. I usually start from a cognitive behavioral perspective and incorporate additional modalities per the client's needs. I enjoy using mindfulness based treatments and am also trained in structured protocols for trauma (i.e. prolonged exposure and cognitive processing therapy).

What you can expect from me

My aim for therapy, regardless of our approach or goals, is to help clients become better versions of themselves through building insight and identifying long-term behavior changes. Clients can expect a laid back approach from me with inquisitive interactions aimed at helping clients learn more about themselves and what motivates their behaviors and decision making.
