Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Conor and I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Massachusetts. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels supportive, practical, and meaningful. I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, whether that’s due to anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, or navigating relationships and social dynamics. Together, we focus on building insight while also developing real, usable strategies to help you manage day-to-day stress and feel more in control. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I strive to create an affirming, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore identity, relationships, and personal growth safely and authentically. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I believe therapy should not only be a place to feel understood, but also a place where you can build skills, gain clarity, and make meaningful changes in your life.

Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or looking for ongoing support, I aim to help you feel more confident, capable, and equipped moving forward.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and I take an exploratory, individualized approach to therapy to meet you where you are. I aim to create a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself, exploring your identity, and building practical skills to manage life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, and difficulties with social dynamics and identity development. Our work is always tailored to your specific needs and goals, with a focus on helping you feel more confident, capable, and in control in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have the opportunity to share what has been going on and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. We will talk through your current challenges, any relevant background information, and discuss what feels most important to focus on right now. I aim to create a welcoming, affirming space where you can feel comfortable being open at your own pace. By the end of the session, we will begin to identify initial goals and outline a path forward, so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like.
