Great to meet you!

Whether you're a parent watching your kid struggle, a teen who feels like nobody really gets what's going on, or an adult carrying old hurt that still shows up in everyday life, you don't have to figure this out alone. I've spent 15 years working with kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and the lingering effects of trauma. A lot of my work is with families finding their way back to each other when everyone is feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

My approach to therapy

My style is steady, practical, and a little playful when the moment calls for it. With kids, that often means meeting them where they are, sometimes through games or activities that feel less like a lecture and more like a conversation. With adults, I lean on tools from CBT and EMDR to work through patterns of anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I'll always be honest with you about what I'm noticing and why I'm suggesting a particular approach. You set the pace; I bring the toolbox.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel awkward, and that's okay. I'll ask a little about what brought you here, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping might shift. There's no quiz, no judgment, and no pressure to have it all figured out before you walk in. By the end, we'll talk about what working together could look like and the kinds of goals that actually matter to you, not just the ones that sound good on paper.
