Great to meet you!

Are you finding that life just seems a little more difficult to manage? Do you feel parts of you have been lost or forgotten but not sure why? Would you like to understand how and why you're mental well-being might be impacted right now? There is no shame in seeking help with this. As a board-certified clinical social worker, I have worked in various settings with diverse individuals providing me with valuable experiences. My focus is Women's Wellness & Trauma Recovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My holistic approach aims to focus on mindfulness, health, acceptance, and tools to enhance the wellbeing.

We will explore past trauma from a psychodynamic approach, focusing on self-awareness and understanding the influence of the past on present behavior. I utilize evidence-based treatment methods that are mindfulness-based such as Acceptance to Commitment Therapy & Dialectal Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My passion and purpose are helping people reconnect with themselves lovingly and healthily. Treatment will be tailored to your unique needs.

Choosing "ME" will help elevate your spirit, energy and boost your mood. I would like to work with "YOU".
