Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to empowering people to make the changes in thinking and behavior that will allow them to take charge of their lives. I've helped people heal and transition through the pain of divorce, the family strain of medical/ mental illness, grief/loss, trauma, and challenges of couple relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is action oriented, holistic, and challenging utilizing a vast selection of effective skills and techniques, including EMDR for trauma, anxiety, and other issues. I focus also on adults with ADHD, whether diagnosed or not. As a retired Army wife, I bring special expertise to military members and their families.

I create a warm and affirming therapeutic environment through telehealth for client's to feel comfortable working to achieve their treatment goals. I have been practicing for over 20 years and have helped clients achieve positive outcomes through their perseverance and commitment.
