Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in diverse clinical and counseling settings. With a deep commitment to empowering individuals, families, and the community, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, offering expertise and support. My background includes more than 12 years in the drug and alcohol field, where I've made significant contributions to substance abuse treatment and prevention.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to therapy incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality therapy, Solution-focused, Person-Centered, Theo-centric, Mindfulness/Meditation, DBT, and Existential theories.

Faith is the cornerstone to my ability to cope and overcome life’s stressors. I am willing and open to incorporating biblical therapy into the counseling goals upon request to help empower clients in addressing life issues.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain a supportive and structured environment where they can openly discuss their concerns and work towards their personal goals. In sessions, we focus on:

  1. Identifying and Addressing Challenges
  2. Setting and Achieving Goals
