Great to meet you!

I believe every human has innate worth and value, but we can become distracted or disconnected from that through the course of life. The greatest source of healing comes from a deeper connection with the self. Through building a personal relationship to ourselves we influence every other aspect of our lives. By empowering clients to build internal attachment through mind, body, and heart, I see people become their own source of growth, trust and resilience.

I strive to offer a deep well of compassion, care and intuition. I find great joy in reflecting strengths, growth and progress back to my clients. Through helping you determine what is holding you back and how you can make changes to live the life you desire, together we can make a difference in your life.

I look forward to working together and congratulate you on taking the steps to show up for yourself, the people you care about, and the world around you. Even one small change makes a difference and you are doing it.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients that are ready to face their past so they can build a future of safety with their own intuition. Trauma impacts us all in different ways, and grief seems to be woven in most of our stories. I see your pain and how that impacts your life. Through awareness, acceptance and enhancing the parts of life that are working for you, our work together leads you to the life you want.

What you can expect from me

From the very first session, we will work together to find the approach to therapy that connects for you. Through building a sense of internal safety through mindfulness and somatic practices, you will have full consent and be a part of tailoring your sessions to fit your needs.
