Great to meet you!

Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck? I understand the need for compassion and providing a safe, comfortable environment that is judgement-free and allow individuals the opportunity to discuss their innermost thoughts and feelings.

My approach to therapy

While I utilize a variety of approaches when working with individuals, I am committed to providing personalized care that helps identify weaknesses, discover strengths, define purpose, and develop skills to build and maintain health relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting comfortable and starting the conversation. We’ll spend time talking about what’s been going on in your life, what led you to seek support, and what you’d like to work toward. I’ll guide the session with questions, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. By the end of the session, we’ll begin to outline next steps and what working together could look like.
