Great to meet you!

I believe every person deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My practice is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration. I enjoy working with couples, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm.

I have advanced training in, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

I also have extensive experience helping individuals recover from narcissistic abuse, unhealthy relationship patterns, and the impact of personality disorders on individuals and families.

Above all, I believe people are far more than a diagnosis. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is highly client-centered and collaborative. While I’m trained in several evidence-based treatment modalities, I don’t believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all process. Instead, I allow each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences to guide our work together.

I view myself as a facilitator and guide rather than someone who has all the answers. You are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore patterns, process difficult experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and identify the tools that best support your growth.

Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating difficult relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, our work will be tailored specifically to you and the goals that matter most.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My priority is creating an environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and free to share at your own pace.

We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, what challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and developing a plan that feels meaningful and achievable.

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we’ll work as partners throughout your therapeutic journey.
