Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins with planting small, intentional seeds—seeds of hope, self-awareness, faith, and resilience that, with care and time, grow into lasting transformation. My mission as a therapist is to walk alongside individuals as they tend to their inner garden, nurturing mental wellness while honoring the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

I work from the belief that growth is not rushed and healing is not linear. Just as roots grow unseen before a plant breaks the surface, meaningful change often happens quietly within. Therapy is a space where those roots can strengthen- where old patterns are gently examined, emotional wounds are tended to, and new ways of thinking and being can take shape.

Faith is an important part of my work and worldview. I see faith not as a replacement for mental health care, but as a powerful companion to it. When desired, spiritual beliefs can be thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process, offering grounding, purpose, and hope while remaining respectful of each client’s individual journey.

My approach to therapy

My vision is to support individuals in becoming more rooted in who they are, more connected to what gives their life meaning, and more empowered to grow into who they are called to be. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy can be a place where new growth begins, one seed at a time.

I believe that every client is an individual and should be treated as such. We will work together to establish goals to move towards the healing you desire.

What you can expect from me

In the first therapy session, clients can expect a welcoming space focused on building rapport. This time is not only about me getting to know you, but also an opportunity for you to get to know me and decide if this feels like a good fit. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s completely normal to feel uncertain or nervous. My goal in the first session is to create an atmosphere of safety, comfort, and trust- laying the foundation for a secure space where your healing journey can begin.
