Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t what happened—it’s finding someone you finally feel safe enough to say it to. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and work with clients across all stages of life, from children and teenagers to adults and seniors. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum, and new parenthood. I understand that difficult experiences can affect how you see yourself, relate to others, and move through everyday life. My goal is to create a compassionate and supportive environment where you can begin processing what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your strengths, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and empowered. Wherever you are in your story, you don’t have to carry it alone.

My approach to therapy

Much of my work centers on helping people find solid ground after experiences that have shaken their sense of safety or sense of self. We will move at a pace that feels manageable, building on your existing strengths while working through what has been weighing on you. Whether you are processing something painful from the past, navigating a difficult relationship, or trying to figure out who you are on the other side of a hard season, our work will be grounded in where you actually are right now.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. I want to understand what brought you here, what you have already been through, and what you are hoping will be different. You set the pace. If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are and work alongside you in a space that feels safe and affirming, I would love to connect.
