Great to meet you!

I hold a master’s degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I Support and empower individuals to achieve personal growth, healing, resilience, promote mental well-being and reduce stigma around mental health issues. My primary therapeutic method is a person centered approach. I assist with a variety of concerns and diagnosis, such depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, low self esteem and substance use.

My approach to therapy

it is my goal to provide a trusting safe and nonjudgmental environment so that you can carefully explore your challenges and realize your strengths. I encourage and support my clients by guiding the therapeutic process without interrupting or interfering allowing them to feel respected and gain autonomy.

What you can expect from me

It is my belief that everyone has an innate ability to heal themselves and that it is your human right to be who you are, to embrace and accept your differences. I want my clients to understand who they are, find purpose and live how they choose, unapologetically. My passion is to empower individuals to live a quality and productive life. Together, we will discover what provides you with meaning, develop ways to support your goals, establish healthy coping skills, and nurture your self worth.
