Great to meet you!

I believe that a genuine human connection is pivotal, and I look for the humanity in everyone I meet. I bring my real self into the room as a therapist, and I hope you will too. My career was founded in work with children and families, and I love connecting with adolescents, adults, and partners/families/polycules. My practice is GSRM and LGBTQ+-affirming, welcomes non-traditional relationship configurations, and is kink-supportive.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a wide variety of traditions, and I tend to employ a relational framework as the backdrop for everything else I do. I tend to look through whole-person lenses of trauma, family, and neurodiversity instead of looking for pathology, I view behavior as communication, and I believe that even our messiest feelings deserve to be heard. Trauma-specific modalities offered include Brainspotting, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and somatic therapy.

What you can expect from me

I hope that my clients leave our sessions with a sense of calm, confidence, and feeling more prepared to navigate the world they're walking back into.
