Great to meet you!

I guide others in discovering how parts of themselves and their past have led them to having similar experiences. I assist in showing clients that they are able to make mistakes in order to grow and gain life lessons.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In working with you, we would process current obstacles that have led you to feelings of unhappiness and discord with life. We would also process how the past has affected the present so that the future can be much better. Strategies and guidance are also provided so that you can have tools to use as we work on elevating you to the life you want to live.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is for you to feel safe and at peace in therapy to be yourself, without judgment. My aim is for you to have enhanced emotional intelligence, higher self-confidence, and for you to know your worth and accept yourself. I invite you to take the first step towards freedom of the mind by reaching out to me.
