A bit about my approach to therapy

Helping folks feel present, embodied, alive, empowered, brave, and able to hold space for their whole self is a cornerstone of my work.

I have completed training in and am submitting my certification for EMDR, and am also Level I Trained in Internal Family Systems. I have attended the externship and all levels associated with Emotionally Focused Therapy for couple's, and am currently attending a program in Chicago for dance/movement therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I work to integrate clients’ most cherished values into their self-image & self-concept, as well as how they see themselves within the world and as connected to others.

Working with me means creating a safe and healing space where you can learn about and explore your body, as well as nervous system, heart, and mind.

Goals may include regaining a voice, feeling safe & empowered in your body; being able to better able to set goals and show compassion to yourself, and so much more!
