Hello, and welcome. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, youth, and families through life’s challenges. My career began in group and foster home settings, and over the years, I’ve expanded my work to include school social work, private practice, and consulting. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, earned in 1997, and have dedicated my career to creating safe, empowering spaces for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences and goals. I recognize that each person’s journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to fit your strengths.
