Great to meet you!

I'm a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (MSN, Western Governors University) and a dad of three. Before becoming a PMHNP, I spent nearly 6 years as a registered nurse, including in the emergency room, so I know what burnout and running on empty look like. I treat adults across Utah by secure video for burnout, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and sleep problems, including busy professionals and healthcare workers.

My approach to therapy

Practical and collaborative. I take time to understand the whole picture, including sleep, stress, work, and health habits, before recommending anything. When medication makes sense, we start thoughtfully, check in often, and adjust based on how you actually feel and function. I'm happy to coordinate with your therapist or primary care provider.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is a 60-minute video evaluation. We'll talk through what's going on, your history, and your goals, and you'll leave with a clear plan, which may include medication, labs, therapy referrals, or lifestyle changes. Follow-ups are shorter check-ins to see how things are going.
