Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and combat veteran who understands the unique challenges of trauma, especially for those who have served or lived through difficult experiences. My practice focuses on helping individuals with PTSD, ADHD, OCD, military sexual trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and practical—supporting you in moving beyond survival and toward truly living your life to the fullest.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrated approach, combining evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy and lifestyle strategies. I believe treatment works best when it’s personalized—no two clients are the same, and neither are their goals. My style is approachable, direct, and grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. Together, we’ll create a plan that not only manages symptoms but also helps you reclaim purpose, resilience, and connection.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe space to be heard, validated, and supported without judgment. Our work together will focus on giving you practical tools to manage symptoms, building healthier thought patterns, and strengthening coping skills. More importantly, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and momentum to move forward—so you can live with greater freedom, stability, and fulfillment.
