Great to meet you!

I have over 10+ years of clinical experience providing evidence-based individual and group therapies for children, adolescents, young adults and adults in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, private practice, and community nonprofit settings.

My approach to therapy

I have completed extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (certification in progress), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, and am certified in Trauma-informed CBT.

What you can expect from me

I approach my work and interactions with clients from a collaborative interdisciplinary framework and a predominately strengths-based lens that is both neuroscience-informed and developmentally-sensitive, allowing for an approach that fosters resilience and wellness within the children and adults I work with. I have a passion for research, psychoeducation, and public policy and have published articles and presented research and clinical work at numerous conferences and events.
